Wedding Ceremony & Reception

At Harbourtowne we believe that every wedding plan should be a worry-free and memorable experience. Our wedding coordinator will take you step-by-step through the details that make your day special from the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony and finally the reception. And, since Harbourtowne has a policy of one wedding per day, you'll receive the personal attention you deserve to ensure everything goes as planned.

Ceremony

Begin your special day with a ceremony on Bayside Point overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. Guests are comfortably seated in white wedding chairs for a lawn-style wedding or can stand for more intimate gatherings.

In the event of inclement weather, a ballroom, separate of the reception area, can be used for the ceremony.

Reception

As with the ceremony, you can choose an outdoor or indoor reception. Receptions include:

• 5-hour catered reception
• All buffet decorations
• Full table settings with white table linens and choice of napkin color
• Cake cutting and service at no additional cost
• Champagne toast for all guests
• Setup and cleanup
